Tom Gosling is the CEO at Bellco FCU for the past 15 years, a graduate of Albright College in Reading, PA. Tom has 35 years of experience in information technology and business, working as a computer engineer implementing medical software and core banking software for credit unions in Pa. He’s been leading as CEO and executive management for 25 years. He also coached and organized youth sports for over 30 years. He enjoys leading a culture of collaboration and teamwork of highly skilled and independent management and staff. Tom loves culture diversity and encourages greatness from everyone he knows. Outside of Bellco, you’ll probably find him traveling, relaxing with friends, near water, with his boys, cutting firewood, or just outdoors doing something. Some say he never stops.

Nikki Baker is the Chief Financial Officer for Bellco Federal Credit Union. She has a Finance degree from Penn State University (WE ARE!) and her MBA from Alvernia University. Combined, she has over eleven years’ experience between the manufacturing industry and the credit union movement. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors, taking one too many photos, or spending an afternoon at the ballfield.

Ashley Lorah is the Chief Operating Officer for Bellco Federal Credit Union. She has over 17 years of experience in Financial Service Management, working in a variety of roles across several financial institutions including Banks and Credit Unions. Ashley is passionate about process improvement and financial technology she is always looking for ways to improve the experience for our members! She has proudly called Berks County home for most of her life and appreciates the peaceful surroundings and community atmosphere it offers. In her free time, you will find her gardening, hiking, and camping with her husband and two energetic boys.

April Book is Bellco’s Chief Lending Officer. She has her B.S. in Business Administration from Messiah University and her M.B.A. from the University of Texas. April has been in banking management for over 10 years working for different institutions; focusing on both consumer and business lending. In her free time she enjoys running, photography, globe-trotting, and going on adventures with her family and three dogs.

Jolyn George is Bellco’s Human Resource Director. She also wears another hat at Bellco and is part of our Accounting Team! With 15 years in HR and 13 years in banking or combine it to equal 20 years with 7 years at the credit union! Jolyn loves the numbers! She enjoys the hunt of the great outdoors when getting that perfect “shot” of wildlife with her camera, vacationing around the U.S. via motorcycle.

Justin Choate is the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Bellco Federal Credit Union. Hailing from Delaware County, Justin moved to Berks County in 2010 to attend college and never left the area. While he is new to the financial world, Justin has years of marketing experience in sports, eCommerce and retail. He now resides in West Reading with his wife, son and two cats. In his free time, he enjoys attending Phillies games, spending time with his family and discovering the best places to eat around Berks County. He also serves as the Public Address Announcer of the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, a job in which he previously held with the Reading Fightin Phils from 2013-17.
